Yay! Another recipe! Here's one that I've made a few weeks in a row, as it is an easy (and tasty) weeknight meal. I am a big Trader Joe's fan (just wish they were on Instacart!) and have found a couple of their staples that work well in this dish: flavored cashews and Soyaki sauce. If you don't have access to these, plain cashews and teriyaki sauce will be fine. Interestingly, the Soyaki sauce has a bit of a cult following — who knew? So if you haven't had it, it's probably worth getting a bottle to have on hand!
